Yu et al. (2019) have demonstrated that TUBB is directly targeted by miR-195, and participates in regulating the response of lung adenocarcinoma cells to MTAs. What’s more, it has been experimentally verified that silencing LINC00665 contributes to melanoma cell viability decline, inhibited proliferation, migration, invasion, and cell cycle progression, and enhances apoptosis by regulating the miR-339-3p/TUBB axis (Liu Y. et al., 2022). This evidence concerns the gene TUBB and lung adenocarcinoma.
