We detected nucleus-localized p65 in approximately 68.7% of CK19+ cells in cerulein-injected KC mice, whereas p65 was virtually cytoplasmic in NEMO-deficient KNeC mice, appearing in their nuclei only in 3.4% of CK19+ cells (Supplementary Figure S1I and S1J). The gene discussed is KRT19; the disease is keratoconus.
