Our findings suggested that miR-515-5p reduced ITGA8 expression via binding to its 3′ UTR in ovarian cancer, and ITGA8 overexpression reversed miR-515-5p-mediated regulation of cancer malignancy and progression, indicating that miR-515-5p reduced ITGA8 expression to suppress proliferation, migration, invasion, and metastasis. Here, ITGA8 is linked to ovarian cancer.
