Patients with HoR+/HER2- were more likely to have bone metastasis (76.1% vs. 46.1-65.7%, P<0.001), those with HoR+/HER2+ and HoR-/HER2+ subtypes were more likely to have liver metastasis (35.2-44.5% vs. 17.8-27.0%, P<0.001), and those with HoR-/HER2- disease were more likely to have brain metastasis (10.2% vs. 4.8-9.1%, P<0.001), lung metastasis (42.2% vs. 28.2-36.0%, P<0.001), and distant lymph nodes metastasis (39.0% vs. 25.6-34.8%, P<0.001) (Figure 2). This evidence concerns the gene ERBB2 and bone metastasis.
