Currently, following PC-specific antigens, (a) prostate-specific membrane antigen, PSMA, (b) trophoblast cell surface antigen-2, TROP-2, (c) six-transmembrane epithelial antigen of prostate-1, STEAP-1, (d) tissue factor, TF, (e) delta-like protein 3, DLL-3, (f) B7-H3 family of proteins, B7-H3, and (g) human epidermal growth factor receptor 2, HER2 are being studied as targets for the development of ADCs for PC therapy (Rosellini et al., 2021; Sardinha et al., 2023). This evidence concerns the gene ERBB2 and pachyonychia congenita.
