SNHG14 is involved in various biological processes, such as regulating neuronal cell apoptosis and inflammation,39 obesity‐induced endoplasmic reticulum stress in adipocyte,40 mesenchymal stem cell osteogenesis,41 cancer cell proliferation, and epithelial‐mesenchymal transition.42 Here, SNHG14 is linked to obesity due to melanocortin 4 receptor deficiency.
