In our study, the B-cell panel showed the highest number of significant associations in cervical cancer when compared to other panels, and the majority of B cells panel (e.g. BAFF-R on CD24+ CD27+ B cell, BAFF-R on IgD+ CD24+ B cell, BAFF-R on IgD+ CD24- B cell,BAFF-R on IgD+ CD38- B cell, CD19 on CD24+ CD27+ B cell, and CD19 on memory B cell) were protective factors against cervical cancer. This evidence concerns the gene CD27 and cervical carcinoma.
