Univariate logistic regression analysis revealed that age (1.060 [1.037–1.083], P<0.001); male sex (3.591 [2.287–5.639], P<0.001); BMI (1.249 [1.160–1.344], P<0.001); duration of hypertension (1.120 [1.079–1.163], P<0.001); renin activity (1.712 [1.141–2.569], P<0.05); 1-mg DST>1.8 ug/dL (2.591 [1.282–5.235], P<0.05); and KCNJ5 mutation (0.342 [0.209–0.558], P<0.001) were significantly association with complete clinical success.
