In the analysis of the correlation between cytokines and stroke, it was found that the levels of IL-1β, IL-5, and IL-4 were significantly higher in stroke patients than in the normal group (p < 0.05), whereas the differences in IL-2, IL-8, TNF-α, IL-6, IFN-α, IFN-γ, IL-17, IL-12P70, and IL-10 between the two groups were relatively small (p > 0.05). Here, IL1B is linked to stroke disorder.
