In particular, the overexpression of KIF11 and RCC1 and the underexpression of ADCY1 and SDK1 were detected in ~ 60% of tumor grade 2 pancreatic cancer patients (Fig. 4A) and associated with around 60% mortality in stages I and II (Fig. 5B, C), which shows they can be early-diagnosis markers for pancreatic cancer.
