CRP and Increased total leukocyte count: New laboratory exams were taken, which reported elevated leukocytosis at the expense of neutrophilia, elevation of gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT), elevation of glutamic pyruvic transaminase (GPT), elevation of C-reactive protein (CRP), hyperglycemia, hypoalbuminemia, and slightly elevated urea, with no other alteration presented (Table 1).
