Tumors from early-onset CRC are less likely to include mutations in <i>KRAS</i> (OR, 95% CI: 0.91, 0.85-0.98), <i>BRAF</i> (0.63, 0.51-0.78), <i>APC</i> (0.70, 0.58-0.84), and <i>NRAS</i> (0.88, 0.78-1.00) but more likely to include mutations in <i>PTEN</i> (1.68, 1.04-2.73) and <i>TP53</i> (1.34, 1.24-1.45). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and colorectal carcinoma.
