This study aims to investigate the relationship between vitamin D3 deficiency, MS and vitamin D3 receptor (VDR), GC Vitamin D binding protein (GC), and cytochrome P450 family 2 subfamily R member 1 (CYP2R1) gene polymorphisms, and genes whose encoded proteins are responsible for vitamin D3 metabolism and transport. Here, CYP2R1 is linked to myeloid sarcoma.
