KEGG analysis showed that up-regulated DEGs induced by GA3 were enriched in the pathways related to p53 signaling; the degradation of valine, leucine, and isoleucine; protein processing in the endoplasmic reticulum; the cell cycle; DNA replication; Fanconi anemia; starch and sucrose metabolism; phenylpropanoid and cyanoamino acid metabolism; the MAPK signaling pathway; etc. Down-regulated DEGs were enriched in the pathways related to spliceosome, peroxisome, oxidative phosphorylation, glutathione metabolism, and drug metabolism (Figure 7A). Here, TP53 is linked to Fanconi anemia.
