MKI67 and neoplasm: A high nuclear expression of CDK2 was significantly associated with a larger tumour size (p = 0.03), higher tumour grade (p < 0.0001), low tubule formation (p = 0.006), increased nuclear pleomorphism (p < 0.0001), high mitosis (p < 0.0001), no-special-type (NST) tumour type (p < 0.0001), both HER2-enriched and triple-negative molecular subtypes (p < 0.0001), lymph node metastasis (p = 0.03), the presence of lympho-vascular invasion (p = 0.01), high-risk Nottingham Prognostic index (NPI) (p < 0.0001), and high Ki67 expression (p = 0.003) (Table 1).
