BCL2A1 and acute myeloid leukemia: We examined the prognostic significance of the mRNA expression levels of the 24 genes using the UALCAN database and found that high-level expression of 10 of the genes (AMER1, BCL2A1, CCNB3, CR1, HSPA2, ITGA9, MLF1, NCX1, PDGFB, and WNT3) was associated with lower overall survival in AML patients.
