SRC and cancer: It is reported that glabridin, a typical flavonoid isolated from the Glycyrrhiza glabra, can block focal adhesion kinase (FAK)–steroid receptor coactivator (Src) complex formation in cancers; it also exhibits therapeutic effects on HTS pathology, probably through the co-deactivation of FAK/Src, which further results in FAK-Src de-association [319].
