Compared to 1 d, the dramatically upregulated DEGs at 20 d were mainly associated with immune response, metabolism and growth and development related pathways, such as hematopoietic cell lineage, primary immunodeficiency, intestinal immune network for IgA production, steroid biosynthesis, pentose and glucuronate interconversions, butanoate metabolism, arachidonic acid metabolism and cell cycle, and downregulated pathways were MAPK signaling pathways. Here, CD79A is linked to inborn error of immunity.
