In patients with AIS, we observed an increase in the proportion of patients receiving BNP (9.5% in 2014 and 88.8% in 2022, p < 0.001), cTnI (12.4% in 2014, 60.1% in 2022, p < 0.001), ECG (56.9% in 2014, 66.4% in 2022, p < 0.001), and TTE (75.5% in 2014, 83.5% in 2022, p < 0.001). The gene discussed is TNNI3; the disease is androgen insensitivity syndrome.
