Nonmelanoma cell lines including the lung carcinoma cell line H460, the lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549 and the Merkel cell carcinoma cell line WaGa displayed reduced cell viability upon coculture with neutrophils when treated with BRAF/MEK inhibitors highlighting the dependence of effector to target cell when exploring neutrophil function (Figure 2B; Table 4).
