PFN1 and cancer: In this study, we were able to successfully map all differentially expressed proteins shown to change (p ≤ 0.05) during ACF maturation and transformation into adenomas to biological pathways (protein–protein and other regulatory interactions) related to gastrointestinal tract cancer networks, also visualizing the relationship between many proteins, such as Vcl, Pfn1, Scin, and Gsn, involved in the molecular biology of cancer cells.
