To further understand the molecular genetic abnormalities of patients, germline mutations were screened by combining SNP comparisons with normal tissues to derive possible tumor susceptibility genes, as shown in Fig. 4a (MED23, PTPRB, ZFHX3, TSC1, AXIN2, CDK12, NFE2L2, AHNAK, ACNA1D, MN1, NRG1 BRCA2, IDH2, FGFR2, IRF2, DIS3, TP53, CEP290, RHBDF2). The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is neoplasm.
