To test whether IMSA101 stimulates endogenous immunity, a total of 14 mice with complete remission in the immunocompetent B16-huCD19 animal model (ten out of ten mice of the IMSA1010 + CART group as well as four out of ten mice of the IMSA101-alone group, see Fig. 2c) were re-challenged with B16-F10 tumor cells (not expressing human CD19) into the contralateral flank 60 days after treatment and 40 days free of palpable tumors (Fig. 2d). The gene discussed is CD19; the disease is neoplasm.
