More specifically, we scanned 19 whole-section slide images (WSI) corresponding to three molecular subtypes of endometrial cancer (EC): (1) DNA polymerase epsilon (POLE)-mutant cases, (2) cases with mismatch repair deficiency (MMRd), and (3) cases with p53 abnormality (p53abn) as assessed by immunohistochemistry. The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is mismatch repair cancer syndrome 1.
