CD274 and cancer: The results showed that the high inflammatory subtype has significant effects on several pathways such as immune response, inflammatory response, apoptotic process, negative regulation of cellular process, T cell receptor signaling pathway, Tnf signaling pathway, Pd-L1 expression, and Pd-1 checkpoint pathway in cancer, Jak-Stat signaling pathway, immune system, cytokine signaling in immune system, signaling by the B cell receptor, and PD-1 signaling were significantly positively regulated, while almost all of these pathways played an important role in negative regulation (Fig. 4C).
