CRP and rheumatoid arthritis: When correlating histological pathotypes with RA autoantibodies in our cohort of early untreated RA patients, it was found that lympho-myeloid patients had significantly higher rates of RF (76.5%) and ACPA positivity (78.4%) and more active disease (highest swollen joint counts, CRP and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and, consequently, highest DAS28).
