As shown in Fig. 3B and C, the mRNA levels of ROR-γt and Foxp3 in the lung and intestinal tissues were increased in the first 3 days and then decreased, while the mRNA levels of ROR-γt in the lung tissues were highest on the third day after infection, and the mRNA levels of Foxp3 were the highest on the fourth day after infection, approximately 2-fold and 1.5-fold increase, respectively, compared to normal controls.
