Only one MC, MC05 (CD16+/CD57+/CD183−), showed a significant difference, and the percentage of cells in MC05 was almost half of that in the HC, RA, and SSc groups (HCs: 4.921%; RA: 4.077%; SSc: 5.249%; SLE: 2.049%). This evidence concerns the gene B3GAT1 and rheumatoid arthritis.
