Both serum-cultured and NBM-cultured primary GBM cells could activate T cells when treated with free NKG2D BiTE (figure 6H), but only serum-cultured primary GBM cells supported enough viral infection for a significant increase in CD69 activation marker to be detected when infected with G207-NKG2D BiTE virus (figure 6I).
