In comparison with the most common haplotype of PDCD1 (A-A-T haplotype of rs2227982-rs7421861-rs6710479) or CTLA4 (G-C-T haplotype of rs231775-rs231777-rs231779), no haplotype was significantly associated with TB risk overall, among male participants, or in the age-stratified populations (Table 6 and S6 Table).
