The odds ratio of the effect of peak LH cut-off level of 5.90 mIU/mL and above on the diagnosis of precocious puberty was 33.7 (95% CI, 6.7–169.5), the effect of the ultrasonographic total breast volume cut-off of 3.40 and above on the diagnosis of precocious puberty was 11.0 (95% CI, 2.0–60.2), and the effect of bone age/chronological age cut-off of 1.15 and above on the diagnosis of progressive precocious puberty was 8.4 (95% CI, 1.6–44.3) (Table 5).
