ERBB2 and cancer: From Louvain clustering, approximately 15,000 NT2.5 and 13,000 NT2.5-LM cancer cells were identified as Lcn + , Wfd2c + , Cd24a + , Cd276 + , Col9a1 + , Erbb2 + , [17–22] subsetted out, and visualized by Uniform Manifold Approximation and Projection (UMAP) (Fig. 3a).
