OCT imaging and histological analyses revealed that Col4a1+/G1344D eyes have characteristic features of glaucoma, including thinning of the NFL, loss of retinal ganglion cells, thinner GCC, optic nerve head excavation, and optic neuropathy, and Tgfbr2 heterozygosity reduced the frequency of eyes showing glaucomatous damage.
