Our multivariable regression meta‐analyses of the two cohorts with GAD‐7 scores (Canada, UKB) identified that in European genetic ancestry PwMS, each 1‐standard deviation (SD) increase in the GAD‐2 PGS was associated with a ~50% increased odds of having comorbid moderate anxiety symptoms (GAD‐7 ≥ 10) compared to those with less than moderate symptoms among PwMS (OR per 1‐SD increase in GAD‐2 PGS: 1.47, 95% CI: 1.09–1.99, Table 2). Here, GAD1 is linked to Anxiety.
