CYRI-B autoantibodies were detected as a potential biomarker for early stage breast cancer (Luo et al., 2022), a gene found in patient serum on extrachromosomal circular DNA overexpressed in lung adenocarcinoma (Xu et al., 2022b) and a potential saliva marker of oral cancer (Kawahara et al., 2016). The gene discussed is CYRIB; the disease is breast carcinoma.
