Live-cell imaging of AsPC-1 human pancreatic cancer cells transfected with CYRI-B-p17-GFP and mScarlet-Lck, a marker of the plasma membrane, showed that CYRI-B and Lck co-localised at the finger-like protrusions, cups, and internalised vesicles, confirming the localisation of CYRI-B on macropinosomes (Figure 7B, Figure 6—figure supplement 1, and Figure 6—video 2). The gene discussed is LCK; the disease is familial pancreatic carcinoma.
