There was no association between ANA and the risk of RA in the CCP− group, while ANA titer was positively correlated with RA, and the ANA patterns (including nuclear homogeneous and nuclear speckled) were associated with incidence of RA in CCP + group and RF− group, which were basically consistent with above conclusions (Supplementary Tables S10, S11). The gene discussed is BTG3; the disease is rheumatoid arthritis.
