Finally, Jansen et al. [11] identified 29 genome-wide significant genetic variants corresponding to 29 AD susceptibility loci, including nine novel loci (AC074212.3, KAT8, CLNK, ALPK2, APH1B, CNTNAP2, ADAM10, ADAMTS4 and HESX1). This evidence concerns the gene ADAMTS4 and Alzheimer disease.
