CD8A and urogenital neoplasm: In this clinical study, two kidney transplant patients were transfused with autologous bone marrow MSCs at a dose of (1–2) × 106/kg 7 days after transplantation, and immune monitoring showed a gradual increase in Treg fraction, a significant decrease in the percentage of circulating CD8+ memory T cells, and a decrease in donor-specific T cell alloreactivity.
