PARP1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: Inhibiting USP7 promotes CCDC6 degradation, diminishes γH2AX levels, and markedly increases cell sensitivity to PARP inhibitors in various cancer types, including NSCLC [146], prostate cancer [145], lung neuroendocrine cancer [147], bladder cancer [93], and SOC [148] (Fig. 4A).
