The area underthe curve (AUC) of nipple discharge CEA, CA153 andCA125 in the diagnosis of breast cancer were 0.679(95% CI: 0.767–0.893), 0.788 (95% CI: 0.716–0.861) and 0.771 (95% CI: 0.698–0.844) respectively;Yoden index is 0.678, 0.759 and 0.704respectively; The cut-off values of CEA, CA153 andCA125 in nipple discharge for diagnosis of breastcancer were 9.80 ng/mL, 35.00 U/mL and 40.00U/mL, respectively, as shown in Figure 2. This evidence concerns the gene CEACAM5 and breast carcinoma.
