Due to the important roles of adenosine metabolism pathway in SLE, we analyzed the expression change of CD39, CD73, ADA1 and ADA2 in SLE peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) and immune cells subsets, including B cell, T cell and Monocyte based on the GEO database (Table 1), by searching GSE datasets about blood cells from SLE patients in GEO database. The gene discussed is ADA; the disease is systemic lupus erythematosus.
