By mapping the target of the key active compound in LJF with the target phase involved in NAFLD, some scholars (Sun, et al., 2022b) predicted the main key target of LJF’s participation in its anti-NAFLD activity, and finally predicted 17 active compounds in LJF and 29 main targets related to NAFLD, and the molecular interconnection results showed that, Isochlorogenic acid B can stably bind to CASP3 and TNF-α. This evidence concerns the gene CASP3 and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease.
