For instance, researchers have harnessed the potential of albumin nanoparticles loaded with paclitaxel (Abraxane®).62 This formulation improves the solubility of paclitaxel, enhancing its delivery to breast cancer cells and allowing for lower doses and reduced side effects.63 More recently, a study involving breast cancer patients demonstrated the enhanced efficacy of Abraxane® compared to conventional paclitaxel formulations.64,65. Here, ALB is linked to breast cancer.
