Chemotherapy resistance is the main reason for the failure of tumor chemotherapy. The decrease in LOXL1-AS1 gene inhibits the adriamycin resistance of PCa cells through the miR-let-7a-5p/EGFR axis, indicating that LOXL1-AS1 may be a potential therapeutic target for patients with drug-resistant PCa [40]. This evidence concerns the gene LOXL1 and posterior cortical atrophy.
