Quantitative Real-Time PCR (qRT-PCR) analysis revealed that the level of LOXL1-AS1 in CRC tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissues, and the expression level was positively correlated with tumor size, differentiation, tumor node metastasis (TNM) stage, liver metastasis and microsatellite instability (MSI) stage. This evidence concerns the gene LOXL1 and colorectal carcinoma.
