The expression level of LOXL1-AS1 in doxorubicin-resistant PCa cells was downregulated and upregulation of LOXL1-AS1 can promote cell proliferation, migration and inhibit apoptosis through the LOXL1-AS1/miR-let-7a-5p/EGFR axis achieved, which may become a new strategy for the treatment of drug-resistant PCa patients [40]. This evidence concerns the gene LOXL1 and posterior cortical atrophy.
