LOXL1 and cholangiocarcinoma: Further luciferase reporting and rescue experiments showed that LOXL1-AS1, acting as ceRNA, increased the level of ATP-binding cassette transporter A1 (ABCA1) by sponging miR-324-3p, promoted the proliferation, migration and invasion of CCA cells, and inhibited apoptosis, thus playing a carcinogenic role in CCA [65].
