Lastly, upregulation of CPT1A partially reversed the suppression of WNT3A, β-catenin, and c-Myc protein expression mediated by TM7SF2-knockout (Fig. 5G, I), suggesting that TM7SF2 regulated the WNT/β-catenin signaling via CPT1A in cervical cancer cells.
