Among these, CTU2 caught our attention for three reasons: (i) CTU2 expression was decreased in MAPKi-treated cells (Supplementary Figure S4f); (ii) an important role of CTU2 in melanoma cells has already been reported (18) and (iii) CTU2, which modifies uracil on position 34 of some tRNAs, modulates the interactions between anti-codons and some A-ending codons, in particular the AAA (Lys) and GAA (Glu) codons (18).
