Table 3 shows whole blood count, white blood cells (WBC), inflammatory cells (monocytes and neutrophils), neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and circulating liver functional markers (alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), bilirubin and gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT)) were all significantly lower in the RVHD patients compared to patients with CAD (0.05 ≤ p ≤ 0.001), with exception of albumin level, which was highly elevated (p ≤ 0.001). This evidence concerns the gene ALB and coronary artery disorder.
