We could delineate B cells (CD79A), CD4+ T cells (CD4), CD8+ T cells (CD8), NK cells (NKG7), plasma cells (JCHAIN), macrophages & monocytes (CD68), mast cells (KIT), myofibroblasts (MFB; ACTA2), endothelial cells (CDH5), basal/intermediate epithelial cells (KRT5 as well as KRT19, TP63 and low AR expression as defined previously in PCa [42]), as well as luminal epithelial cells (KLK3, MSMB) (Fig. 3C and D). The gene discussed is CD79A; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
