CD4 and infection: Concerning safety, we found that a higher percentage of baseline CD4+ T cells was associated with the occurrence of infection (14% for every 1% higher CD3 + CD4+ proportion), and a lower percentage of NKT cells (19% for every 1% lower CD3 + CD16 + CD56+ proportion) was associated with the occurrence of any AEs in the overall cohort, which was confirmed in the anti-CD20 cohort.
