Our objective was to assess the potential increases in PDK1 expression and the level of phosphorylated pyruvate dehydrogenase E1 subunit alpha 1 (p-PDHA1) in NSCLC samples, aiming to compare prognostic outcomes to determine whether higher levels of PDK1 and p-PDHA1 are related to osimertinib resistance.
